The terms and conditions set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as using the website and placing orders from it indicates acceptance all of them, Returns & Replacement and delivery etc.
All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this and your options as soon as possible. You will not be charged if goods are unavailable.
We have made and will continue to make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors & images of our products that appear on the website. However, due to the limits of digital photography and as the actual colors & images you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. However we do offer a guarantee should you not be happy. See our Returns Policy section.
Order is confirmed if its ‘Checked & agreed’ by You and Us in writing (Letter/Fax/E-mail). Once an order is CONFIRMED, the contract between us will have been formed.
Consumers have a legal right to change their mind and cancel the contract by notifying us in writing within 14 days of the date on which you receive the goods and request a refund. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. All items must be returned “as sold”; in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, swing tags and tickets attached and unused. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods. Please however note that where YOU have ordered, “Made to order”, personalized or customized goods then you will not be able to cancel any order once it has been CONFIRMED by us.
You must supply Us all specification at the time of placing the order and You should ensure that all measurements, logos and/or graphics are correct and accurate. We shall in no way be responsible for any such errors or inaccuracies.
Whilst we endeavor to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming or canceling your order.
All risk in relation to the goods passes to You upon delivery but the title to the goods remains vested in Ruba International until All Dues paid in full by you.
The target delivery date is an estimated delivery date at the point of sale and We shall endeavor to meet this. The, lack of raw materials, late or disadvantageous delivery of goods, conditions that constitute “Force Majeure” meaning an excusable delay, unforeseen circumstances proved to be beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the Purchaser or Ruba International including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, explosions, earthquakes, accident, civil unrest, any act of the Government of the Purchaser or the Supplier, war, insurrection, embargo, actions of the other party, riots, or strikes affecting the Purchaser, the Supplier or the Customer. The parties non-compliance with any rule, regulation or government agency shall not constitute Excusable Delay, or the failure of the Purchaser to furnish necessary information or instructions for any reason whatsoever, release Us from the agreed delivery dates, and if necessary, from the contracted responsibility for delivery.
Ruba International reserve the right of Partial shipment of the ordered goods.
If Ruba International have failed to comply with Your confirmed order instructions or the product is faulty we will happily exchange the product within a reasonable time scale.
Notification of an issue/fault/shortfall with an order must be made in writing to Ruba International within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging and the cost of any loss, damage or reduction in value of the goods will be borne by the customer.
By confirming Your order you undertake to Ruba International that You have the right or full permission for any logos which are contained in Your order specification. We shall not be liable to any third party for Your unauthorized use of such logos or imagery and You hereby fully indemnify Ruba International against any such claim or liability.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Ruba International. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Ruba International or purchasing Ruba International products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Ruba International or to purchase Ruba International products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Ruba International. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

Return & Refund>
Bespoke Products are “made to measure” and are customized based and produced on customer approval of all order details provided to the Ruba International. Refunds/Returns for bespoke Products orders with an approved customer order will not be accepted.
Stock garments which have been altered and produced with an approved customer order will not be accepted. Unaltered stock product will be able to be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
For unaltered stock products ordered online or by telephone you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, and you must return goods within 14 days of notification.
If Ruba International has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
Notification of an issue/fault with a bespoke order must be made by phone/email/fax/letter to Ruba International within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer.
We do not accept and cannot process any returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation which will be provided after notification. Any items returned will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a returns number please contact us. Ruba International does not bear the direct costs of returning goods.
